The founding fathers knew it was imperative that government would have to be in control of the people and government would need to fear the people. When people begin to fear their government it must be changed. Voting change is no longer viable. We will never elect our way into better government, even that, once a century, we elect a dynamic individual that still cannot lead us to a responsive and effective government. It is evident that short of a revolution it is important to define new paths and seek new ways to put government on track. It is important to get away from the endless streams of laws created on a daily basis. We are treated as if we cannot go out the door in the morning without being told what to do every waking moment. The cost of these laws is immense on pocket and soul. It is important to find a voice- yours… and to start to exercise it. It starts in places like this and it is important to mold your being to be receptive and in tune. Stop being a doormat in America. Take hold of the reins and insist that those seeking office in government are clear in design and purpose. Democrats and Republicans is completely broken. We need new blood and new parties or independents that want to repeal laws, cut budgets, stop spending, stop trying to police the world and to become solvent in mind spirit and country. Not taught in our education system, most people do not know what the word means and why it is inherent to our Constitution and the guarantees it proclaims for the country.
Found in the Declaration of Independence, the most relevant part of the Constitution, and is tried to be separated from the constitution by those that want to change the Constitution. The Declaration makes it clear that Government will eventually usurp its people, no matter what kind of government, and that the courts will be part of the usurp, in that they will not solve the issues for the people as in the people’s interest.
When the usurpation grows to such a point that this is true and the people have lost their power, it is the obligation of the people to overthrow that government. The reason it must be part of the constitution and our bill of rights, as true in 1776 to overthrow the English King, that our government to function properly and indefinately as a republic, that it may come we must do the same
The reason to have the 1st amendment, allows for the people to speak against the usurping government. The reason for the second amendment is to allow the citizens a militia to overthrow a government that has usurped its authority.
The Right to Bear Arms. is crucial for the people to stand up against the usurpers. A government that has intent to usurp it’s people will obviously try to take this right, away from the people. The only reason power mongers fail is armed citizens against them, in enough numbers to stand against those that will support them.
Usurpers start with saying the people in 1776 only had muskets in the day the constitution was designed. That is why men of wisdom used the term ARMS, and not guns. The reason: A peoples militia must be able to stand up to the weapons of the usurpers. What are the weapons now and coming.

HOOLYWOOD, is mostly over; the power players of making art, have passed. Clint Eastwood, still demands respect as nobody in new Hollywood dares to cross him. As a filmmaker he is only, one of one, that can makes anything he wants and anyway he wants to. Havin worked in Hollywood for 30 years, I met him one time. I was Assistant Director on a commercial shooting on Warner Bros, sound stage #8, which was next to Clint’s bungalow offices. He had his own private parking spaces, of course, that no one dared to park in. In the commercial making business, comes along a lot of clients and ad agency people, that want to follow their own rules. Someone had parked in Clint’s spot and he came onto our sound stage and asked to talk to the Assistant Director. That was me. He said, “Someone has parked in my parking spot and it would be a good thing if they moved.” He was kind of in that glare he so well shows in his acting. I was caught off guard, and said the first thing that came to my mind. “Clint, I will find out who it is and have him shot!” Clint smiled and said “I would appreciate that.” We had a meeting of minds. He turned and left, and I knew, for future employment, I had to find out who was in that parking spot…I put 2 production assistants on it to find the owner and move it immediately, or have it towed in 10 minutes!
